Then, you select or state your service provider. We will then handle updating your address with relevant organizations and then your posts and packages can now be forwarded to your new address.

  • What is an address forwarding service?
    An address forwarding service is a service that helps individuals and businesses forward their post and packages to a new address when they move or change locations. We take care of updating the new address with the post office and other organizations, the post and packages are then directed to the new address.
  • Can I receive packages at my new address through you?

    We have two move plans; Individual plan cost £25, Family Plan cost £55. Each plan comes with its own benefits so you can choose which plan suits you.
  • Can I use the service for international forwarding?
    No, we do not currently offer international forwarding options for individuals and families moving overseas.
  • How long does it take for the service to start?
    The service typically starts within a few days of signing up, but it can vary depending on the services you choose. We will begin forwarding your post and packages as soon as they receive your updated address information.
