 We provide a hassle-free address-moving service for those who are relocating to a new home. Our goal is to make your transition to your new address as smooth and stress-free as possible. Here's how it works:

  1. Sign up for our service: Get started by simply providing us with some information to identify you, including your old and new addresses.

  2. Select categories: Select and state the names of organisations that need to be informed about your change of address. 

  3. We take care of the rest: Once you've signed up, selected and stated the organisation, our team will handle the rest. We'll update your address with all relevant organizations, including the utilities, banks, and government agencies.

  • How does this service work?
    The process is simple and straightforward. First, you sign up for the service by providing your personal information, including your old and new addresses. Then, you select or state your service provider. We will then handle updating your address with relevant organizations and then your posts and packages can now be forwarded to your new address.
  • Is my personal information safe with you?
    We take the security of your personal information seriously and have measures in place to protect it. Please read our privacy policy before signing up to review how your information is protected.
  • What is an address forwarding service?
    An address forwarding service is a service that helps individuals and businesses forward their post and packages to a new address when they move or change locations. We take care of updating the new address with the post office and other organizations, the post and packages are then directed to the new address.
  • Can I receive packages at my new address through you?

  • How much does it cost to forward my address?
    We have two move plans; Individual plan cost £25, Family Plan cost £55. Each plan comes with its own benefits so you can choose which plan suits you.
  • Can I use the service for international forwarding?
    No, we do not currently offer international forwarding options for individuals and families moving overseas.
  • How long does it take for the service to start?
    The service typically starts within a few days of signing up, but it can vary depending on the services you choose. We will begin forwarding your post and packages as soon as they receive your updated address information.
